The students were placed in the position of historians-investigators, then of podcast directors, charged with collecting, selecting and organizing the testimonies of their loved ones on how they lived this evening and what it – or not, changed in their lives. They thus understood the notions of witness and memory and became aware of the stakes of testimony in the writing of history.
